Un repos bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e riche en \u00e9motions, en efforts et en moments de partage sur et en dehors du terrain.<\/p><p data-start=\"381\" data-end=\"509\">Mais comme chaque \u00e9t\u00e9, l\u2019<strong data-start=\"406\" data-end=\"430\">ES Bonchamp Handball<\/strong> est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019avenir et pr\u00e9pare activement <strong data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"507\">la rentr\u00e9e sportive<\/strong> !<\/p><p data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"925\">\ud83d\udd01 <strong data-start=\"514\" data-end=\"545\">Un programme de pr\u00e9-reprise<\/strong> sera propos\u00e9 aux U15F, U14M et S\u00e9nior,\u00a0 d\u00e8s le mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt \u00e0 toutes celles et ceux qui seront disponibles. L\u2019objectif : relancer en douceur la dynamique, retrouver les sensations, et partager des moments conviviaux autour du handball avant la reprise officielle des comp\u00e9titions. Entra\u00eenements all\u00e9g\u00e9s, jeux, activit\u00e9s collectives\u2026 tout est pens\u00e9 pour combiner effort et plaisir dans une ambiance d\u00e9tendue.<\/p><p data-start=\"927\"
